What's Happening in the Library
The Marion ISD Community Library now has two Early Literacy Stations!
These all-in-one computer learning stations for young children (ages 2-8) are loaded with educational software programs that span seven curricular areas including reading, writing, science, math, geography, music and the arts.
Each software program is imaginative, intuitive, and uses sound and graphics to encourage exploration and to draw kids into a learning adventure.
The Early Literacy Stations are made possible through a grant from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission and are funded through the Institute of
Museum and Library Services.
